No hidden charges

We will communicate our prices upfront and we charge you for the work we do and the materials we use - nothing else.
We charge fairly within our quoted rates. If you find yourself charged more than you were told upfront, let us know and we’ll look into it. If we find that you have been overcharged in error, you can be sure that we will reimburse you.

You’re always welcome to ask questions

Ask your technician all the questions you want. Our local electricians care about the people in our communities, so they don’t consider a job complete until the customer understands everything that’s going on. If you have other questions for us, you can always give our office staff a call - they love to hear from our customers.

If you’re already in our customer database, we’ll do our best to make sure the same local electrician tends to your needs every time we serve you.

Payment is simple

We’ve made our payment methods as customer-friendly as possible. You can:

  • Pay your technician in cash.
  • Pay with a credit/debit card (our technicians carry card machines).
  • Pay electronically via BACS.

And before you pay, you’ll be provided a detailed, easy-to-read invoice outlining the charges and costs associated with your job.

Our warranty is iron-clad

All of our work is performed by qualified, trusted, local electricians, in strict conformity to our terms & conditions. If any of our work fails within 12 months of your service date, we’ll return to make it right at no additional cost to you. Any parts we use in completing your job are subject to their individual manufacturer’s warranty.
